The research project will be borne by companies, institutions and organisations,

which aim to base recruitment and retention of prospective employees not only on past empirical values, but also on future trends and expectations. In order to obtain representative results and to be able to compile useful guidelines, we are collaborating with scientific institutions as well as HR departments and corporate management of European Establishments.
